ZALTECH

The spice manufacturer Zaltech, founded 30 years ago, generates annual sales of around 45 million euros with 110 employees including subsidiaries; 99 percent of them outside Austria. The main customers for the more than 1,200 customer-specific spice mixes are meat and sausage manufacturers, the fish, cheese and convenience food industries as well as baked goods manufacturers. The in-house development of spice blends as well as the most modern production facilities with the highest hygiene standards in the new company headquarters in Moosdorf are extremely important to Helmut Gstöhl from Vorarlberg and his team.
