The FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Austria is a competition for outstanding Austrian real estate projects. Investors, architects, project developers, or municipalities were able to apply for the coveted award until 3 July 2020. In contrast to purely architectural awards, this internationally established competition evaluates projects in their holistic economic and social context. This year, the property register and data mining company IMMOunited became a main sponsor of the competition for the first time.

In 2020, FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation, and  ÖVI , the Austrian Real Estate Association, presented the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence in Austria for the second time. On an international level, the award is considered one of the most sought-after distinctions in the industry for over 25 years. Austria is one of 20 countries which organise the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence as a national competition.
