Deepsearch GmbH, based in Vienna, develops and sells technology in the field of Natural Language Understanding (NLU). NLU is one of the greatest technical challenges in connection with artificial intelligence: the key component for automating cognitive tasks. NLU helps to digitize and automate business processes.
With the deepassist product, companies get a strategic tool for analyzing the content of any type of text, regardless of the communication channel. deepassist interprets documents and emails, offers support for call center agents and helpdesk employees by interpreting the content of a message or call in real time, structuring the information, preparing answers, forwarding the request to the right person, or starting the appropriate solution process.
Areas of application are companies and public institutions with a high volume of internal or external messages, such as companies in the energy supply sector, transport companies, financial service providers or facility services. Customers include Wiener Wohnen, DMS Group, Die Netzwerkpartner (a group of over 130 energy suppliers in Germany).
deepsearch was founded in 2010 by Roland Fleischhacker (CEO) together with Reinhard Pötz (CTO). Fleischhacker has been working in the IT industry for more than 30 years. In 1988, he founded the first Austrian SAP partner and eventually merged the company with the IT consulting company Plaut. There, he expanded the team to over 500 employees in five countries and helped develop the business model that led Plaut to its IPO.
With deepassist, Roland Fleischhacker and his team want to help companies utilize the potential of Natural Language Understanding company-wide to automatically process information in unstructured documents and messages.
