Andreas Schober founded ASE Facility Services in 2010 and now looks after more than 450 properties in eastern and southern Austria. As founder and managing director, Schober can look back on several years of experience as a project manager in the real estate industry. ASE Facility Services looks after real estate objects of all kinds, regardless of whether they are small or large companies, offices, hospitals, medical practices or residential complexes. The range of services includes operations in emergencies through to holistic building services such as maintenance cleaning, office cleaning, housekeeping or maintenance of green spaces. The company currently employs around 80 people and operates in Vienna, Lower Austria, Carinthia, Burgenland and Styria.
